✨ Order Cancellations


  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

  • Returns for store credit must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

  • Most unworn, non-custom jewelry in original condition and packaging can be returned for store credit.

  • The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • In their original packaging
  • Free of damage or signs of wear
